Se remitió el expediente al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Ibagué Sala Civil- Familia para que adelante la correspondiente actuación judicial, toda vez que esta Corte encontró que en el caso concreto se hace necesario acudir a la regla general prevista en el Art. 37 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, norma que señala en primera instancia: “son competentes para conocer de la tutela, a prevención, los jueces o tribunales con jurisdicción en el lugar donde ocurriere la violación o la amenaza que motivaren la presentación de la solicitud”.
